2. Return Timeframe

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

3. Refund Process and Timing

As a general policy, JustBuyMe does not provide refunds for successfully delivered orders.

Refunds may only be approved in the following situations:

  • Product is unavailable after payment is received
  • Order is cancelled by JustBuyMe
  • Verified cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products where replacement is not possible

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchange Options

In eligible cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Exchange for the same item (subject to availability)

Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

After verification, we will determine whether a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

7. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, JustBuyMe will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return circumstance, return shipping charges may be deducted from the final settlement amount.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
